How to Book
If you would like to book a room now please follow the 4 simple steps below:
1. Find the room you would like to book by viewing the availability page. Note the Property Reference and the Room Number.
2. Make a holding deposit payment of £125 using our secure website. This will go towards your room's deposit (equivalent to 1 month's rent) and will be refunded at the end of your stay (in line with the deposit refund terms). Please make sure you're happy with our Terms and Conditions before proceeding. By making this non-refundable payment you are committing to paying the full deposit and reserving the room.
3. Fill in the contact form below. You will receive an email confirming we've received the form within a few minutes.
4. We will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm the outstanding amount to be paid and will also discuss the steps for meeting up to sign the tenancy agreement and let you into the room.
Once you have made the holding deposit payment (see point 2 above) please complete the form below so we know which room you want held and we will contact you with more information. We are not able to hold the room unless we receive both the holding deposit and the completed form below. The room will be reserved once the entire deposit payment has been made.
